The Aloha Sushi menu offers wild caught fish from the Pacific. Our Hawaiian fish is all long line caught which results in a more eco-friendly harvest. We believe our commitment to quality suppliers makes a better business. Our fins arrive daily by air, direct to the restaurant from Hawaiian and Japanese waters.
