Q: Why Sushi? A: Sushi is the ultimate snack. Fresh, clean and in the raw!
Q: What makes Aloha Sushi different? A: Good restaurants use great vendors. Sun Ray Grill always had a commitment to serving high quality fish in our restaurants. We began getting our tuna from the deep, clean waters of the Pacific after Katrina because of the damage to the Gulf fisheries. We found a small firm that buys fish from the Honolulu docks every morning and sells the catch to restaurants worldwide that very same day. The product is sent by Federal Express and arrives at our doors overnight. The fish is often fresher and of better quality than what we can presently receive locally. With this new supplier we found more than just great Tuna, but a wealth of great Pacific fish.
Q: What kinds of Pacific fish will be on the menu at Aloha Sushi?
